Festival timetable 2023

Friday night- unscheduled. Arrive, check in with registration in the hall, set up your sleeping space, make some food, feed the fire, chat with friends, introduce yourself to others, make yourself at home.

Saturday
10am - 11am Earlybirds Choir Workshop with Rachel Bayliss
11 – 12 All-Comers Jam (bring your instruments and music stands)
12pm - 12.30pm Dinner ticket Sales in the kitchen
12pm - 1pm Official Welcome Mini performances (Flaming D's and Port Hill Billies)
1 – 2pm Lunch / Snooze
2pm - 3pm Blind Date draw and First Blackboard Concert
3pm - 3.30 Mini Concert O.T.P
3.30 – 5pm North of the Waitaki performances
6 pm Dinner
8 - 9 pm Barn Dance
9pm various jams about the place

Sunday

11 – 12 Waimate Wordsmiths Poetry session
12pm - 12.30pm Dinner ticket Sales in the kitchen
12pm – 1.30pm Lunch / Snooze / Blind Date Practice
1:30pm – 2.30pm Second Blackboard Concert

4 – 5 Blind Date concert
6 pm Glitz and Glam "Ancient History (Herstory)" dress up dinner
7.45 Choir warm up
8 pm Final Concert
